We understand that customers may occasionally need to change or cancel an order.
You may request cancellation of an order within 5 days of placing the order, provided that the order has not already been shipped.

Please include your order number and clearly state that you want to cancel the order.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled under this cancellation policy.
If you no longer want the item after shipment, you may be able to return it under our Return & Refund Policy, provided that the item meets the applicable return requirements.
If an eligible cancellation is approved before shipment, the payment will normally be refunded to the original payment method used for the order.
Processing times may vary depending on the customer's bank or payment provider.
Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically guarantee cancellation. Orders that have already entered fulfillment or shipping may not be cancellable even if the request is made within five days.
We recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.
